WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • This position is responsible for supporting the company’s maintenance parts sales and operations efforts through data analysis and reporting.
  • Develops, analyzes and supports parts sales programs and performance standards to ensure a consistent, balanced package of services to support Hyundai maintenance parts sales performance.
  • Provide analysis on pricing actions and support data driven pricing strategies to achieve profit and sales goals.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on opportunities, KPI performance results, and areas of maintenance parts growth. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Collaborate with Parts Pricing and Sales teams to develop maintenance parts strategies that achieve HMA sales, profit, and cost‑of‑ownership objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve maintenance parts sales using national, regional, dealer, and vendor data.
  • Evaluate maintenance parts promotions with Planning, Pricing, and Sales teams to ensure feasibility and profitability.
  • Analyze competitive pricing and market factors to recommend pricing and sales strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure data integrity across Parts, Service, and Dealer databases.
  • Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting models and processes.
  • Conduct sales and ROI analysis for future promotional programs, including CSI impact.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify parts sales growth opportunities and low‑performing dealers.
  • Recommend countermeasures to improve dealer parts sales and Hyundai parts utilization.
  • Review and project maintenance parts margin impact for promotions, policy changes, and sales activities.
  • Set annual regional, district, and dealer maintenance parts sales and profit objectives.
  • Create and distribute KPI reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint materials for management and field staff.
  • Oversee month‑end reports, review parts P&L results, and provide forecast updates to management.
  • Manage dealer eligibility exceptions for programs and exercise Sr. Manager‑level authority per company policy.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a High School graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Eight or more years of experience, of which at least three years of directly related experience in data analytics is desired.
  • Advanced Data Skills Required - SQL and Python knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and sources to feed analysis.
  • Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, parts operational experience preferred.
  • Experience with Benchmarking and Market Analysis of OEM parts desired, with a focus on Repair Order activity.
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, works under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Expert level database management capability.
  • Excellent communication skills to prepare and deliver formal presentations to executive management, Regions, and Dealers.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret Profit and Loss Financial Statement.

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $107,800 - $154,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
