WHAT YOU WILL DO
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Coordinate and communicate Cost Optimization (CO) initiatives and programs across enterprise organizations.

Serve as a primary liaison with HMC, HATCI Engineering, Engineering, and Cost Estimation teams to align cost reduction activities.

Manage and coordinate vendor contracts and relationships supporting cost optimization efforts (e.g., benchmarking, analytics, and consulting partners).

Monitor program activity and performance to ensure progress toward Business Plan (BP) financial and cost‑reduction targets.

Coordinate enterprise cost optimization events, milestones, and deliverables aligned with the Business Plan.

Act as the main point of contact for CO‑related projects, ensuring cross‑organizational alignment and execution.

Facilitate and schedule cross‑functional stakeholder meetings, both virtual and in‑person, to support collaboration and decision‑making.

Proactively monitor, analyze, and manage departmental budgets, identifying risks, variances, and cost‑control opportunities.

Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial, analytical, and performance reports for leadership review.

Recommend, audit, consolidate, and prepare executive‑level documentation and presentations for the Cost Optimization Executive Committee.

Serve as department ambassador and central coordinator of program documentation, data, and reporting.

Independently problem‑solve, make data‑driven decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment..
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- 8 or more years of professional experience, with demonstrated success in analytical, financial, or data‑driven roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.

Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or similar) is a plus.

Strong data analytics and financial analysis experience, including the ability to evaluate trends, identify correlations, and assess financial impact.

Experience in high‑visibility, fast‑paced roles requiring sound independent judgment.

Working knowledge of automotive engineering concepts is beneficial but not required.

Proven ability to manage and lead projects to deadline, including cross‑functional initiatives and working with external stakeholders.

Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is preferred.

Compensation Range: $107,800.00 - $154,000.00 annual base salary
