WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- This position will be the primary interface with various HMA/GMA divisions, departments and stakeholders regarding campaign planning, campaign launch, campaign performance checking and campaign continuous improvement. Monitor dealer participation, track dealer performance.
- Perform campaign analysis and generate proposals for HMA executive management for HMC campaign expenses incurred by HMA/GMA or HMA dealers/GMA Retailer. Support all campaign related HMC billing and expense recovery activities.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead data analytics with approved applications to satisfy Warranty system and reporting requirements.
- Interface with HMC and other factory entities for campaign related activities directly related to management operations.
- Coordinate NHQ launch planning and implement launch plan for each new campaign/recall for both HMA/GMA.
- Interface with Connected Ops team to manage over the air (OTA) releases as they relate to campaign activities.
- Engage Regional Management to support Dealer-facing initiatives as required by state and federal law.
- Coordinate billing to HMG and collect approval for campaign budgets from stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day campaign launch processes, provide tracking reports, and launch preparedness.
- Implement project management software for launch tracking and include launch approval workflows.
- Develop reports for campaign launch readiness, completion, and budget/recovery tracking.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Warranty performance to build Warranty and campaign dealer performance intelligent dashboard with alerts and notifications for National, Region, District and Dealer level awareness.
- Improve quality of service by on-going assessment, identifying and being aware of trends; determine system improvements, enhancements, and flexibility in re-designing work process, flow, and implementation.
- Develop operational solutions by defining, studying, analyzing, estimating, benchmarking alternative solutions, calculating economics, and determining impact on the total system.
- Budget approval.
- Dealer expense reimbursement.
- Goodwill expense reimbursement to dealer.

- Staffing decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Eight or more years of applicable experience.
- Automotive repair and/or diagnostic experience/knowledge.
- Data management experience, including QMF or other query capabilities.
- Three or more years of prior supervisory experience desired.
- Familiarity with and knowledge of NHTSA, EPA, CARB and DOT a plus.
- Excellent problem analysis skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Cost conscientious.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- PC software skills (Lotus Note, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
- ASE Certification a plus.

Compensation Range: $114,800.00 - $164,000.00 annual base salary

- Physical requirements: Normal office duties.
- Work requires vehicle evaluations, travel to meetings, site visits, and inspections. This requires possession of a valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
- Up to 10% domestic travel.
