  • Evangelize AI‑powered analytics, fostering innovation, analytical maturity, and cross‑functional collaboration across the enterprise.
  • Identify and execute analytics‑driven value and monetization opportunities, creating new revenue streams and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead strategy, development, and delivery of analytics and AI‑enabled applications that provide actionable insights.
  • Champion responsible and transparent AI adoption aligned with enterprise principles.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to align analytics initiatives with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and develop analytics and data science teams, managing resources and driving high‑impact delivery.
  • Establish and track analytics platform, model, and application performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support forecasting, optimization, and performance improvement using vehicle, connected, and customer data.
  • Perform additional strategic initiatives related to analytics, ML, and AI as assigned.
  • Exercise local operating authority per HMA HR/Finance policy, including minor issue prioritization and architecture recommendations, with final approvals governed by IT and steering committees.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus.
  • Ten or more years of experience in data management, data analytics, machine learning, and data engineering required.
