WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting operations and candidate experience. This role is essential in helping our team attract, engage, and hire top talent efficiently and effectively. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, communication, and coordination across the hiring process, while also supporting special programs like internships and early career initiatives.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

•    As a Coordinator, you will be supporting Recruiters with the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, candidate travel, applicant tracking system data entry and other required candidate workflow process tasks.
•    Responsible for scheduling, coordinating travel, onsite check-in, event planning, meals, escorting candidates, time management, reimbursement of expenses, and arranging debrief sessions.
•    Prepare candidate offer letters, relocation package agreements, and onboarding coordination.
•    Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting events, career fairs, and intern programs.
•    Track and report on recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline activity.
•    Help manage job postings and internal requisition processes.
•    Maintain and organize internal databases with candidate records and hiring process documentation.
•    Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
•    Provide support with special TA projects.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors a plus)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

OTHER DETAILS
Physical requirements:

Normal office duties.

Compensation Description (Hourly) -  $25-30/hr.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
