WHAT YOU WILL DO
Primary responsibilities dedicated to the day to day management and ongoing implementation of initiatives within the Hyundai Facilities and Branding Program. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders; Dealers, Regional personnel, HMA Dealer Development, Program Management Team, corporate functions, and suppliers to deliver optimal retail/business solutions for dealership facilities consistent with Hyundai Brand Identity. Leverage Hyundai compliant facilities to enhance the Hyundai brand image at retail, improve the client experience, improve retail operational efficiencies and increase sales and profits. Supports Hyundai facility and branding strategies/tactics necessary for the achievement of Hyundai corporate goals and building Hyundai brand value.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Regional expert on all facets of Hyundai Facility and Branding program
- Manages/prioritizes ongoing day to day activities, policies, workflow necessary for implementation of all aspects of the HMA Facility Design program.
- Responsible for adherence to operational and design process aspects of HMA Facility program to ensure timely Dealer, regional, corporate compliance with program/brand requirements and effective program implementation to achieve corporate objectives.
- Coordinates Regional roll-out strategy and priorities with Field Representatives and Regional management (including Corporate Dealer Development / Sales Operations).
- Enroll Dealers in Facility programs
- Primary Regional point of contact for all Dealer and Program stakeholders.
- Coordinates Regional training sessions as necessary.
Responds to all facility inquiries. - Coordinates and participates in 1) Dealer Facility Surveys and 2) Dealer Design Intent Document (DID) presentation with Dealer and Dealer local architect and contractor.
- Responsible for all the program’s Facility and Signage administrative requirements at the Regional level.
- Ensure Dealers adhere to the Hyundai Facility Design and Branding guidelines.
- Produces regional reports, presentations, special projects, measurements, analyses to support performance goals.
- Provides recommendations to improve program effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Position has authority to make day-to-day decisions that will resolve dealer issues thast arise within policy and procedures.
- Ability to communicate (written and orally) the analysis for the decisions made.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Master’s degree a plus
- Eight years of experience with prior automotive related or Hyundai region, market representation, sales operations experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Can produce professional well written correspondence, reports, and presentations for team or executive review.
- Savvy in identifying target audience and adapting delivery to suit situation.

- Compensation Range: $107,800.00 - $154,000.00 annual base salary
